 lmondy times must we say
it?
What pecan as a weekend hobby has become a full-time labor of love.
"Cashewww!"
"Gazuntiet!"
It's literally NUTZ!
OUR CALIFORNIA ALMONDS
Nestled between the Sierra Nevada Mountains and the Pacific Coast Ranges is California's fertile Central Valley, home to one of the oldest and most beautiful flowering fruit trees that bear edible fruit. Our R&D efforts established this particular tree's "pearl" as the
most delicious nut found — the California almond.
GEORGIA PECANS
When you think of the great state of Georgia, two things come to
mind: University of Georgia Bulldogs football and Georgia
pecans! We're diehard fans of the latter.
The rich, nutty taste of pecans is enhanced even more through our Cinnamon Pecan Roasting recipe. More than just the savory Cinnamon Roasted sensation, our pecans provide essential nutrients like oleic acid, which can help lower "bad" LDL cholesterol. Pecans are also rich in vitamin E, thiamin, magnesium, and copper, and are a good source of fiber.
Georgia leads the nation in pecan production, averaging 88 million pounds
a year. That is enough pecans to make 176 million pecan pies! Hungry anyone?
BRAZILIAN
CASHEWS
The cashew tree is indigenous to Brazil. It produces a kidney-shaped edible nut, and is the seed of the tropical American cashew tree, Anacardium
occidentale.
We traveled the world, exploring and sampling cashews from India, Brazil, Nigeria, and Mozambique. Our friends in South America grew and produced the finest
cashews available.
From Brazil, South America, by way of California and Georgia through Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania, and finally to you, our NUTZ are seasoned travelers and inherently big in taste and quality!
